热锻炼和热胁迫过程中菜豆叶肉细胞超微结构的变化

【摘要】 以不同抗热性的2个菜豆品种叶片为试材,研究热锻炼和热胁迫过程中的超微结构变化及其与抗热性的关系。结果表明:热锻炼延缓了热胁迫对叶肉细胞超微结构的破坏;在叶肉细胞中,核仁对高温最为敏感,液泡膜比质膜对高温敏感,液泡中出现被膜小泡,在叶绿体中,类囊体膜比叶绿体被膜对高温敏感;本研究进一步比较了这2个不同抗热性的菜豆品种超微结构在高温下反应的差异,并讨论了这些超微结构变化与抗热性的关系。

【Abstract】 Ultrastructure ofmesophyll cell during heat acclimation and heat stress in tWo common beau (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) cultivars with known different thermoresistance were investigated. The results showed that: heat acclimation delayed the ultrastrUctural destrUCtion induced by heat stress. In mesophyll cell, nucleolus was the most susceptible to high temperature and vacuole membrane was more susceptible than plasmalemma, membrane-bounded vesicle was observed in vacuole. Thylakoid was more susceptible than chlorplast envelope in chlorPlasts. The reaction of two cultivars to heat acclimation and heat stress was compared, and the relationship of these observations with their thermoresistance was also studied.
