【摘要】 :目的 :探讨生、炙麻黄在方剂中的作用。方法 :选用定喘汤方剂 ,用原子吸收光谱法测定生、炙麻黄在此方剂中Zn ,Cu ,Mn和Fe元素的含量。结果 :炙麻黄比生麻黄在此方剂中Zn元素含量高。结论 :在定喘汤中用炙麻黄比生麻黄疗效好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the action of herba ephedrae and roast herba ephedrae in the decoction.Methods:Selecting Dingchuan decoction to determine the contents of Zn,Cu,Mn and Fe in the decoction of herba ephedrae and roast herba ephedrae by atomic absorption spectrometry.Results:In the decoction the content of Zn element in roast herba ephedrae is higher than that in herba ephedrae.Conclusion:The roast herba ephedrae is superior than herba ephedrae in the dicoction.更多还原
