糖渴清片部分组方药物提取工艺的研究

【摘要】 目的 :优选糖渴清片处方中B组药物水提取工艺条件。方法 :以总黄酮含量和浸膏总重的综合结果为考察指标 ,以紫外分光光度法为测定方法 ,选用L9(34 )正交表对水提取条件进行正交试验。结果 :最佳提取工艺条件为A3B1 C3。即加水 15倍量 ,煎煮 3次 ,煎煮总时间为 3h(第 1次加水 9倍量 ,煎煮 1.5h,第 2次加水 4倍量 ,煎煮 1h ,第 3次加水 2倍量 ,煎煮 0 .5h)。结论 :优选的水提取工艺条件合理、稳定、可行

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To seek the optimum extraction technology of B group drugs in Tangkeqing Tablet by water.METHOD:Observed the absorbance of total flavone content and extractum weight with orthogonal design L 9(3 4).RESULT: The optimum extraction technology was A 3B 1C 3, namely: decocted 3 times for 3 hours with 15 times of water(firstly decocted 1.5h with 9 times of water, secondly 1h with 4 times of water, then 0.5h with 2 times of water). CONCLUSION: The optimum seeked extraction technology is rational, stable and feasible.
