【摘要】 对自然感染和人工感染的大肝和大脾病鸡进行了超微结构的研究。根据超微结构的变化，肝和脾是本病的靶器官，有时胰也受到损害。主要特征性变化是：肝和脾细胞的核周间隙增加，核染色质边移，线粒体浓缩，内质网扩张和空泡化，有时细胞器消失。在自然病例和接种后４周病鸡的肝和脾细胞的内质网池和胞浆中均见有大量病毒颗粒，间质有大量浆细胞、淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞增生。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ultrastructure of naturally and experimental affected BLS disease was observed on electron microscopy(EM).The ultrastructural changes showed that:The liver and spleen were the target organs,sometimes the pancreas was injured.The above characteristic changes were that the liver and spleen cells were increased of perinuclear space,chromatin margination of nuclear,shrinkage of mitochondrins,dilation and vacuolization of endoplasmic reticulum(ER),sometimes organelles were disappered.Some virus like particles were found in the cistern of ER and numerous virions in the cytoplasm.There were numerous proliferation of plasma cells,lymphcytes and macrophages in the mesenchyma.更多还原
