【摘要】 应用双蒂下唇动脉岛状辩对13例双侧唇裂术后继发后畸形的患者进行了手术治疗。实践证明，此手术方法兼具行唇珠再造、矫正上唇过紧及唇红过薄畸形繁复的多重手术治疗效果；不需行二期断蒂，手术可一期完成，减少了患者的痛苦、缩短了住院时间（传统方法多需限制张口，二期手术断蒂）。本手术方法适用于双侧唇裂术后唇珠缺损，唇红过薄及轻度上唇过紧畸形患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authers applied the double － pedicales arteria labialis inferior island flap to the operative treatment of the secondary labium defonnith for 13 cases. Practice proved: this operative method produces multiple treatment results on reconstruction of lip node,correction of upper too tight and restitution of much too thin vermilion deformity. It can be done through one － stage operation and there is no need of two － stage pedicle － cut operation. All of this reduces the misery of patients and shortens hospitalization. (Limitation of mouth opening and two － stage operation are of ten needed through traditional methods). This operattive method is applied to lip － node defect and deformity of much too thin vermilion and slight upper too tight for the patients.更多还原
