【摘要】 目的　探讨农村孕妇VitA营养水平以及补充VitA对孕妇贫血的影响。方法　对 6 2例妊娠 2 4～ 2 8周的孕妇和 40例健康非孕妇女进行膳食调查后随机将孕妇分为 2组 ,其中一组补充VitA胶丸 3个月 (每月 2次 ) ,采用单盲法。测定孕妇VitA和铁营养状况。结果　①孕妇与非孕妇女各营养素摄入量均不同程度低于供给量(非孕妇女除脂肪和VitB1 外 )。②补VitA孕妇其血清VitA水平明显高于非孕妇女和未补VitA孕妇组 (P <0 0 1)。③补VitA后孕妇血红蛋白水平升高 ,血清铁、铁蛋白和运铁蛋白有显著升高。结论　中晚期孕妇适当补充VitA可改善自身VitA营养状况并有助于改善血红蛋白水平及铁营养状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of vitamin A status on anemia in pregnancy. Methods The nutritional status of 62 pregnant women with 24～28 weeks and 40 healthy nonpregnant women was investigated. And the pregnant women were randomly divided into 2 groups. Only one group included 30 pregnant women who were given to additional vitamin A and other groups were contrast groups with placebo of glucose. The method was held for three months(two times per month) with a single blind. Results① Dietary nutrient intakes of the pregnant women and that of the nonpregnant controls were less than the corresponding values of the RDA. ② The concentration of serum vitamin A in additional vitamin A pregnant women was higher than that in nonpregnant women and no additional vitamin A pregnant women( P< 0 01)。③The content of hemoglobin of the additional vitamin A pregnant women was increased and serum ferritin, serum iron and transferrin level of the pregnant women were significantly improved. There were positive correlations between serum retinol level and hemoglobin. Conclusion\ That appropriate additional vitamin A were given to pregnant women after 2nd trimester in rural area was helpful to improve pregnant women hemoglobin and iron status.更多还原
