【摘要】 本文通过整体构思概况、医理设计的基本内涵、功能和效用特点及讨论四个方面 ,对《伤寒杂病论》现代临床应用系统的特色情况进行了论述。该系统目前含《伤寒杂病论》现代临床应用信息 3 50 0条。其中具有明确西医诊断的疾病 558种 (类 ) ,特殊病症 3 9种 ,仲景方 1 93个 ,仲景方之衍化方 76个。涉及内、妇、儿、外、皮肤、口腔及五官等科56 91 9份病例的疗效分析 ,其中典型病例为 2 73 4例。共输入汉字约 1 50万字。本系统既在学术上弘扬了仲景学说 ,又对中西医各科医生和从事其教学或科研的人员提供了一种有效的检索手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article aims to expound the traits of Shanghan Zabing Lun modern clinical applying system with the four respects of the whole conception,the basic meaning of medical theory design,function and characteristic,discussion.There are 3500 pieces of applying information in the system including 558 kinds of diseases having definite medical diagnosis,39 kinds of special illnesses,193 pieces of Zhong Jing prescription,76 pieces of the alteration of Zhong Jing prescription.In addition,there are 56919 cases of analysis of therapeutic effectiveness dealing with internal medicine,gynecology,pediatrics,surgery,skin,five sense organs,et al,including 2734 typical cases.The input words are about 1,500,000.The system not only accesses to develop Zhong Jing Theory,but also provide doctors,teachers,research personnel in the fields of Western medicine or the traditional Chinese medicine with a kind of valid retrieval means.更多还原
