火焰原子吸收法间接测定汞
INDIRECT DETERMINATION OF MERCURY BY FAAS
【摘要】 Hg(Ⅱ)在适当条件下可定量置换螯合物DDTC-Cu中的Cu(Ⅱ).通过火焰原子吸收测定被置换入水相中的Cu(Ⅱ)而间接得出Hg(Ⅱ)的含量.
【Abstract】 It is found that Hg2+ can quantitatively replace Cu2+ from chelate DDTC-Cu in organic phase and the Cu2+ ion dissolves into the aqueous phase and which can be easily determined by FAAS. Based on this phe-nomenon, an indirect FAAS method for the determination of Hg2+ is proposed with a sensitivity of 0. 08μg · ml-1 and detection limit of 0. 01μg · ml-1.
