【摘要】 目的:观察微粒化非诺贝特对2型糖尿病患者高脂血症的治疗作用.方法:采用自身对照的方法,21例入选病例用微粒化非诺贝特200mg qn,连续服用8wk,治疗期间降糖药物不变.结果:微粒比非诺贝特治疗4wk,就可见TC降低14.7%,TG降低35.8%,TC/HDL-C降低18.5%;8wk时更为明显,分别降低22%、44.9%和27%（P<O.01）;治疗8wk,LDL（从3.28±1.63）降到（2.78±1.02）mmol/L（P>0.05）;微粒化非诺贝特对HDL-C、ApoA₁、和ApoB无影响.微粒化非诺贝特治疗8wk对肝肾功能、血尿常规、体重等均无明显影响.结论:微粒化非诺贝特是治疗2型糖尿病高脂血症效果好、不良反应较小的治疗高脂血症的药物.更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To study the effect of micronized fenofibrate in the treatment of hyper-lipidemia in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. METHODS:Twenty-one patients of type 2 dia-betes mellitus with hyperlipidemia were given micronized fenofibrate 200 mg orally per night for 8 wk without any change in hypoglycemic therapy. RESULTS :TC ,TG and TC/HDL-C decreased by 14. 7%,35. 8%and 18. 5% after 4 wk and by 22%,44. 9% and 27% after 8 wk of micronized fenofibrate administration,respectively (P<0. 01). No difference statistically, LDL decreased from (3.28 ± 1.63) to (2. 78 ± 1.02) mmol/L after 8 wk while no influence on HDL-C, ApoA1 or ApoB was seen after 8 wk of treatment. No adverse reactions was no-ticeable in the 8 wk of observation. CONCLUSION: Micronized fenofibrate is effective and safe in treatment of hyperlipidemia.更多还原
