【摘要】 目的：研究抑癌基因 Ｐ５３ 及其表达产物 Ｐ５３ 蛋白在肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中的表达，比较 Ｐ５３ ｍ Ｒ Ｎ Ａ 表达与 Ｐ５３ 蛋白表达的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学及核酸分子原位杂交方法检测 Ｐ５３ 基因及其产物的表达情况。结果：原位杂交显示， Ｐ５３ ｍ Ｒ Ｎ Ａ 在肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中表达为２４．０％ （７／２９），在恶性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中为１４．０％ （１／７）；免疫组织化学显示， Ｐ５３ 蛋白在肾上腺嗜铬细胞癌中表达为７９．３％ （２３／２９），在恶性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中为７１．０％ （５／７）。结论：在肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中，存在 Ｐ５３ 基因突变，推测 Ｐ５３ 基因与肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤发生、发展有显著相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To investigate the expression and machanism of antioncogene P53 mRNA and its protein in human adrenal pheochromocytoma.Methods:In situ hybridization (ISH) was employed to detect P53 mRNA in pheochromocytoma.P53 protein was examied by SP immunohistochemistry.Results:ISH showed 24.0 % (7/29) had the expression of P53 mRNA in pheochromocytomas (7/29) and 14.0 % (1/7) in malignant pheochomocytomas (1/7).23 had the expression of P53 protein in 29 cases of pheochromocytomas ( 79.3 %) and 5 in 7 cases of malignant pheochromocytomas ( 71.0 %).Conclusions:The mutation of P53 gene might be very important in and responsible for pathogenesis of pheochromocytomas.更多还原
