降低宝钢连铸圆(方)坯缩孔缺陷的措施

【摘要】 本文针对圆(方)坯连铸中出现的缩孔缺陷,介绍了降低和控制缩孔发生的措施,认为从调整二冷水量、制定合适的过热度及相应的浇注速度、使用结晶器电磁搅拌等方面入手是有效的。

【Abstract】 Concerning the qualitative defect-CENTRAL PIPE-happened on cast round/square billets this paper introduced the measures on decreasing or controlling central pipe. Central pipe can be effectively controlled by: ① adjusting secondary cooling water specific rate;② defining adequate tundish steel super-heat with corresponding casting speed;③applying mold EMS.
