【摘要】 本文根据Blorm－Richarcisonde分级标准对46例浸润性导管癌进行分析，同时采用S－P法对其进行C－erbB2癌基因和ER、PR免疫组织化学标记。结果：组织学Ⅰ级Ⅱ例，C－erbB2癌基因和ER、PR的阳性率分别为18．12％、63％和、54％；组织学Ⅱ级25例，C－erbB2癌基因和ER、PR的阳性率分别为28％、48％和32％组织学Ⅲ级10例，C－erbB2癌基因和ER、PR的阳性率分别为40％、20％和10％。从而表明组织学分级越差，C－erbB2癌基因的过度表达越强，ER、PR阳性率越低，淋巴结转移的机率越高．组织学分级与C－erbB2癌基因的过度表达呈正相关，与ER、PR水平呈负相关，与淋巴结转移率呈正相关．C－erbB2癌基因过度表达预后差，复发及转移率高，RP、PR阳性率高提示预后好，复发、转移率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 We analyzed 46 cases of infiltraive brean cancer according to Blorm-Richarcisond grading standard, and carried out C-erbB2 oncogene, ER and PR immunohistochemistry labelling to them. The results showed 11 cases of histology type Ⅰ with the positive rates of C-erbB2 oncogene, ER and PR were 18.12%, 63% and 54%; Respectively; 25 cases of histology type Ⅱ with positive rates of C-erbB2 oncogene, ER and PR were 28%, 48% and 32%, respectively; 10 cases of histology type Ⅲ with positive rates of C-erbB2 oncogene, ER and PR were 40%, 20% and 10%, respectively. That means that the lower the histological grade is, the higher the C-erbB2 oncogene superexpression is, and the lower the ER and PR positive rates and the higher the chance of lymphatic metastasin. There is a positive relation of histology grade with C-erb B2 oncogene superexpression, a negtive retation with ER and PR and a positive relation with lymphation and mestastasis rate. C-erbB2 oncogene superexpresion indicates unfavourable prognosis, high recuremce rate and metheis rate. And high ER and PR positive rae indicates fovorable prognosis, low recurence rate and metaStasis rate.更多还原
