【摘要】 本文从我国劳动力市场的现状，分析了我国失业问题的成因及其难关，提出了相应的对策，以促进我国劳动力资源充分、有效地利用。

【Abstract】 In this paper an analysis is made on the causes for the unemployment problems as well as its difficult in china in the light of the recent situation in labour market of china. In addition, it puts for ward sereral countermeasures to promote full use of the labour resources.
