【Abstract】 At present there is a question that is still under discussion.The question is about using submerged implant or nonsubmerged implant,which is to benefit the osseointegration.One hundred sixty-six nonsubmerged two-stage implants had been implanted to 86 cases by the authors.After two years clinical follow up,the results showed that implants were stable in the bone and in good function.The authors think that using nonsubmerged implant, a proper function pressure in the mouth,benefits osseointegration;Using ronsubmerged implant can reduce the patient’s psychological scaring pressure.In addition,the operating indication, operating procedure and complication had been discussed.更多还原
