【Abstract】 Observe effects of the TCM compound preparation Xiaotang Tablets on noninsulin dependent diabetes. The tablet mainly consists of Taizishen (Pseudostellaria Root), Maidong(Ophiopogon Root), Shengdi(Dried Rehmannia Root), Danshen(Red Sage Root), Taoren(Peach Kernel), Zhishi(Fruit of immature Citron),etc., which mainly contribute to the TCM function of replenish qi and nourish yin and remove phlegm and blood stasis . After treating with Xiaotang Tablets for 4 weeks, the patients’ clinical symptoms, the level of blood sugar and lipid were all improved compared to the pre_treatment, which were also better than the control group with XiaoKe Pills.更多还原
