一个α-烯酮与ω-二酮的[3+3]协同成环反应
A CONCERT [3+3] CYCLIZATION OF α-ENONE AND ω-DIONE
【摘要】 从苯甲醛和苯乙酮出发,通过一步反应得到了不对称取代环己烷1 .产物的组成及结构经IR,1H- NMR 光谱,元素分析以及X- 衍射方法所证实.根据产物构型,提出了一个新的[3 + 3] 协同成环反应机理
【Abstract】 A asymmetrically substituted hexane (1) was synthesized via a one-pot reaction of benzaldehyde and acetylbenzene.The product was characterized by IR, 1H-NMR,microanalysis and X-ray crystallography.According to the conformation of the compound obtained,a new mechanism of concert[3+3]cyclization was proposed.
