复合材料凝固过程中颗粒推移距离及其影响因素

【摘要】 研究了颗粒含量对自生MgO/Mg2Si颗粒增强Mg—11Li基复合材料凝固组织的影响,得出了颗粒技界面俘获或推移的热力学条件及颗粒推移距离表达式随颗粒含量和凝固速度增加以及推移临界速度的减小.推移距离减小理论分析与实验结果一致,并提出了改善颗粒增强复合材料组织均匀性的主要途径

【Abstract】 The effect of particle mass fraction on the microstructure of MgO/Mg2Si particles reinforced Mg-11Li composites was investigated. The thermal condition of particle capturing/ pushing and the expression of pushing distance of particles were built. The pushing distance reduces with increasing the particle fraction and solidification rate, and decreasing the pushing critical rate. The theoretical conclusion is in accordance with experimental results, and the main ways of improving the particle distribution of particulate reinforced composites were suggested.
