【摘要】 研究了ＡｌＳｒ中间合金对ＺＬ１０４合金中共晶Ｓｉ相的变质规律。结果表明，Ｓｒ对共晶Ｓｉ有很好的变质效果，Ｓｉ相由长针状变成尺寸为１～２μｍ的圆点状颗粒，变质效果长达４ｈ不衰退。变质后力学性能有较大提高

【Abstract】 The modification effect of Al Sr alloy on microstructure and mechanical property of ZL104 alloy was studied.It shown that Sr had the good effects on alloy and the modification effects could be kept more than 4 hours.The Si phase was modified to spherical shape of 1～2μm diameter,and the mechanical property of ZL104 alloy was improved significantly.
