【摘要】 说明了ＶＢ多媒体程序设计中如何调用ＷｉｎｄｏｗｓＡＰＩ处理颜色，以创造有趣的视觉效果，并给出一调色板动画设计。

【Abstract】 In order to create interesting visual effect we can quote the Windows API to deal with the color in the multimedia programdesign of VB. As an example, a palette animation design is given in this paper.
