【摘要】 简要介绍16位和32位Windows系统下．用户动态连接库的开发、调用及实现VB对硬件端口的控制方法。

【Abstract】 This article introduces the methods of programming DLL under the 16-Bit and 32-Bit Windows environment,and clarifies therealization of VB controling computer inport&Outport by Using DLL.
