【摘要】 技术创新是企业生存的基础、发展的动力，小型企业的特征决定了其技术创新活动的特点和策略。

【Abstract】 Technology innovation is the base and the motive power for tenterprises to exist and develop.This paper presents that the type of small - sized enterprises determines the feature and tactics in their technology innovation activities.
