【Abstract】 AbstractContrary to traditional opinions,the velocity of money proved to be a variable. First we define the money velocity as Income Velocity of M2. Then in this paper,we constitute a model to describe the changes in money velocity since reform and opening up in China. And in analysis of the factors which influence the money velocity,the paper finds that the price control,forced saving,monetization and high debt ratio of enterprises are of the most importanec.
