甜玉米的胚乳突变体基因鉴定研究

【摘要】 利用含有ｓｕ１和ｓｈ２的玉米胚乳突变体自交系与６份待测材料正反交，考查杂交后代的表现型。通过假设试验统计分析，鉴定出待测材料的胚乳突变体基因类型

【Abstract】 Mutant selfs of Sugary 1 and Shrunken 2 crosses with six unknown materials. Then phenotypes are investigated. By hypothesis testing and statistical analysis, genotypes of unknown materials are identified in the present paper.
