【摘要】 分析了我国国际工程承包工作的现状，针对存在的问题，提出了第一要在国际工程投标中统一协调一致对外，并制订统一的国别和行业参与国际工程承包竞争的规划。第二要采取合理的规避经济风险方式，并建议：①及时掌握业主国的经济动向；②预防风险减轻损失；③加快市场多元化与对外承包公司的经营多样化；④提高对外工程承包公司的经营质量更多还原
