球销类零件自动化无损检测系统

【摘要】 】研制出一种球销自动化检测系统，利用表面波对球销表面质量进行无损检测，并按其质量好坏进行分类。初步实验表明该系统对球销表面垂直于轴线的裂纹和倾斜的裂纹都能收到比较好的检测效果。

【Abstract】 A kind of testing system is developed for inspecting sphere-head shaft automatically ,the machine may inspect non_destructively the defects on the sphere-head shaft surface by surface wave ,and classify them by quality.Preliminary results show that it may inspect well sphere-head shaft surface crack perpendicular and slanting to its axis.\;
