预聚体NCO质量分数与PU乳液性能关系的研究

【摘要】 讨论了乳化前预聚体的NCO质量分数对聚氨酯乳液性能的影响。研究结果表明，对本阳离子型聚氨酯乳液体系而言，NCO质量分数在1％~2％范围内时，乳液的综合性能最佳。

【Abstract】 The effects of - NCO conent of the prepolymer prior to emulsifying on properties of the cationic polyurethane emulsions were studied. The results showd when- NCO mass fmetion of the prepolymer is 1% ~ 2%, the properties of the emulsions are optimal.
