数控恒流源型电阻测量的闭环负反馈方法

【摘要】 提出了一种数控恒流源型电阻测量的闭环负反馈方法。讨论了数控恒流源的产生规则，并分析了它们的测量误差，指出了减小误差的途径和方法。

【Abstract】 A novel method of resistance measarement based on closed loop feedback and digital conbolled curmnt souree is proposed. The control rule of the digital controlled curmnt souree is discussed. Afer analysing the measment principle, it is pointed out how to decrease the errors in this method.
