【摘要】 目的　降低破伤风抗毒素皮试液在临床应用中的假阳性率，提高应用破伤风抗毒素的准确性；方法　采用武汉生物研究所生产的破伤风抗毒素（ＴＡＴ） 剂量１５００Ｕ／支，分别用生理盐水配制成７５Ｕ／ｍｌ、１５Ｕ／ｍｌ、１５０ Ｕ／ｍｌ 三种不同浓度，分两组对比研究，其结果经统计学处理；结果　破伤风抗毒素１５０Ｕ／ｍｌ 假阳性最高，７５Ｕ／ｍｌ 次之，１５Ｕ／ｍｌ 无假阳性，也无假阴性；结论　通过对比认为１５Ｕ／ｍｌ 的破伤风抗毒素皮试液为最佳皮试液。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To lower false-positive rate of tetanus antitoxin skin test solution and raise accuracy of tetanus antitoxin in clinical practice. Methods To dilute tetanus antitoxin with normal saline into three different concentrations:75u/ml,15u/ml and 150u/ml respectively.Results False-positive rate of the 150u/ml was the highest,the second was 75u/ml and that concentration of 15u/ml was without false-positive and false-negative.Conclusion Tetanus antitoxin skin test solution with concentration of 15u/ml is optimus.更多还原
