濒危植物庙台槭生殖生物学研究──Ⅱ.大小孢子发生和雌雄配子体发育

【摘要】 庙台槭的子房具两室,每一室具2枚并生且倒生的胚珠;2层球被,厚珠心。胚囊发育蓼型.珠孔塞组织由胎座、珠柄及外珠被下方表皮细胞形成.小跑子母细胞减数分裂过程中,胞质分裂为同时型.四分孢子为四面体形.成熟花粉为2细胞型.庙台槭花粉为长球形,在吸水或用FAA固定后,迅速变为球形至扁球形.在发育中形成败育花粉和胚珠可能是造成低结籽率的原因之一.

【Abstract】 The biloculate ovary of Acer miaotaiense P. C. Tsoong contains twocollateral, bitegmic, anatropous ovules in each locule. The development of embryo sacconforrns to the polygunum type. The obturator originates from placenta, funicle and thedistal portion of outer integument. The meiotic division of microsporocytes is thesimutaneous type. Tetrad is tetrahedral. Mature pollen grains are 2-celled. The pollengrain of A. miaotaiense is prolate and transforms into spheroidal or oblate speedly whenabsorbing water or fixed in FAA. The formation of abortive pollen grains and ovules duringthe development may be one of the reasons of low seed-bearing rate of Acer miaotaicnse.
