【摘要】 本文讨论了从废弃对虾壳中提取甲壳素的工艺研究，重点讨论了浸酸温度和浸酸时间对灰分脱除率的影响．

【Abstract】 The study on technological process of preparation chitins from waste shrimp (penaeusorientalis) shells was investigated in laborary. This paper mainly discusss the effects of temperature and time of immersing acid on removing impurity in the chitins.
