纳米多层永磁膜α—Fe/Nd2Fe14B的成核场的微磁学计算
Microeagnetic Calculation of the Nucleation Field in Nanostructured Two-phase Exchange-coupling α-Fe/Nd2Fe14B Multilayer Films
【摘要】 利用微磁学理论和变分原理,计算了纳米双相交换耦合多层膜α-Fe/Nd2Fe14B永磁体的成核场随两相磁层厚度的变化曲线。计算结果表明,当软磁相或硬磁相的厚度为某一临界值时,该交换耦合多层永磁膜的成核场达到其最大值,这与Rave等人的有限元法计算结果趋势是一致的,考虑到工艺参数的影响后,也与Shindo等人的实验及理论估算结果是一致的.
【Abstract】 The thickness of soft and hard magnetic layer dependence curves of the nucleation field in nanostructured two - phase exchange-coupling a-Fe/Nd2Fe14B multilayer films was calculated by means of micomagnetic and variational methods. From our calctilation results the critical thickness of soft or hard layer was found. At this critical thickness of which the sizes are nearly to the width of the domain wall the nucleation field HN reaches its maximum(HN=4.5~5.5T). Beyond this critical thickness the nucleation field fall off rapidly. This result is in agreement with the Rave et al. theoretical results by means of finite-element method. Having taken account of the influence of the phase constitute, the inhomogeneity of two phase crystal particle size and procession parameters, our result are also agree with Shindo et al. experimental results by radio frequency(RF) sputtering and theoretical estimate results. This shows that the present physical model and computational methods used are effective and successful.
