【摘要】 探讨急性心肌缺血时锌铜含量的变化及影响。方法：分别测定急性心肌缺血家兔局部心肌， 心血，外周血及１５０例急性心肌缺血病人血清中锌铜含量，并与对照组比较。腹腔给予急性心肌缺血家兔补充锌 铜溶液，观察给予前后ＥＣＧ变化。结果：家兔随心肌缺血时间延长，锌铜含量在局部心肌中逐渐减少，心血及外 周血中逐渐增加，与对照组比差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）；急性心肌缺血病人血清锌铜含量明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）；家兔腹 腔给予锌铜溶液心肌缺血及心律失常明显好转。结论：急性心肌缺血早期锌铜含量变化能引起心电活动的改 变，可能是猝死的原因之一。补充锌铜对纠正心律失常及心肌缺血有一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Probe into change and influence of content of zinc and copper in acute myocardial ischemic. Methods: We measure repectively content of zinc coppe of part myocardial muscle and heart cavity blood and vine blood with acute myocardial icchemic of rabbits and content of serum zinc and copper with aucte myocardial ischemic patients of 150 cases. ECG change is obseared after supplementation zinc and copper of abdementcavity in rabbits of acute myocardial ischemic. Results: With the proloned ischemic time zinc and copper content in ischemic myocardium of rabbits tended to reductions and tended to increase in heart blood and vine blood it was significant (P<s0.05) between the expermental group and the control group; ischemic myocardial muscle and arrhythmia took a favourable be with injection zinc and copper into abdemen cavity of rabbits. Changed to zinc and copper content in early acute myocardial ischemic give rise to abnormal of heart activity. it is a cause of sudden deeth. Conplement zinc and copper have certainly affect of corrected arrhythmia and myocardial ischemic.更多还原
