【摘要】 目的： 探讨氟桂嗪（ｆｌｕｎａｒｉｚｉｎｅ ，ＦＮＺ） 对内耳缺血的保护作用。方法： 采用结扎双侧椎动脉和一侧颈总动脉制备内耳缺血模型，用戴树宏耳蜗铺片术观察耳蜗形态学改变，将预防用药组与缺血组进行对比，结果： 缺血组平均每耳外毛细胞损失６３ 个，预防用药组每耳外毛细胞损失约９ 个，经ｔ 检验，差异显著（ Ｐ＜ ００１） 。结论：ＦＮＺ 对内耳缺血时外毛细胞损伤具有保护作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the protective effects of flunarizine on ischemic cochlea.Methods: The inner ear ischemic model was made by ligating unilateral common carotid artery and bilateral vertebral areries.The morphologic changes were observed by the method of counting hair cells.The prophylactic treatment group was in comparison with the ischemic group.Results: There were 63 broken outer hair cells in each cochlea in the ischemic group and 9 in prophylactic group.There was a significant difference between the two groups by t test( P <0 01).Conclusion: Flunarizine has protective effects on ischemic injury in inner ear.更多还原
