猪神经肽的测序

【摘要】 目的 :为了解从猪脑中分离出的一种猪神经肽的肽链序列 ,对其进行了测序分析。方法 :自动蛋白测序仪法。结果 :猪神经肽为一种小分子二肽。它由Asp和Ala连接而成。结论 :猪神经肽与Cheung于 1979年分离的猪神经二肽完全相同

【Abstract】 Aim:In order to clearify the sequence of peptide chain of the pig neuropeptide isolated from pig brain. Sequencing analysis was done.Methods:By using automatic analyzer for protein sequencing.Results:Pig neuropeptide is a small molecular acidic dipeptide.It is linked by aspartic acid and alanine together.Conclusion:The pig neuropeptide is as same as the sequence of pig neural dipeptide isolated by Cheung in 1979.It has a function which promotes synaptic transmission.For this reason,it can be used for the treatment of dementia disease.
