【Abstract】 Deng Xiaoping’s Developing Theory has the styles of the developing spirit, the creative spirit, the spirit of times, the spirit of seeking truth from facts and their corresponding features. Besides, it has the functions of knowing and remaking the world,propelling and guiding the society forward.
