【摘要】 本文采用大剂量顺铂联合治疗116例晚期恶性肿瘤病人，对睾丸癌和乳腺癌疗效较好，缓解率分别为100％和81％，对非小细胞肺癌、食管癌、恶性黑色素瘤和鼻咽癌也有效。2例成骨肉瘤肺转移病灶有明显缩小。副作用主要为呕吐，骨髓抑制不明显，未见明显肾脏损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of combined chemotherapy wihl high - dose DDP in 116 patients with refactory malignanies during 1990 - 1994 were reported in this paper that the dosage of DDP was 50 - 108 mg/in with hydration of and diuresis every 3weeks for 2 - 4 cycles repeatediy. The responsive rates and remission duration for various advanced malignant tumors were different for breast with PPV regiments, for NSCLC treated with PBDV or PMFV regiments, for malignant melanoma with PBDV and for esophageal cancer with PPV. The pulmonmp metasatic foci for osteogenic sarcoma in 2 patients treated with PCAV showed markd regression. The tovicities were severe vomiting, mild myelo - suppression and hepaic damage in a few patients without renal damage.更多还原
