落新妇中丹宁类化合物的分离及结构的核磁共振分析
ISOLATED AND ANALYSIS OF STRUCTURE OF TANNIN COMPOWNDS IN ASTILBE CHINENSIS
【摘要】 利用ToyopearlHW-40(C)凝胶反复柱层析,从落新妇(Astilbechinensis)全草的70%Me2CO提取物中分离得到4种丹定类化合物,经过化学及核磁共振分析分别确定其结构为3-O-没食子酰基-(-)-麦儿茶素[3-O-galloyl-(-)-epicatechin]AC-1,3-o-没食子酰基-表儿茶素-(4β-8)-(3-O-没食子酰基)-表儿茶素[(3-O-galloyl)-epicatechin-(4β-8)-(3-O-galloyl)-epicatecechin]AC-2,2;1,2,4,6-四-O-没食子酰基-β-O-葡萄糖[1,2,4,6-tetra-O-galloyl-β-O-glucose]AC-3,3和没食子甲酯(methylgallate)AC-4,4.这些成分均为首次从该植物中得到。
【Abstract】 Four tannin compounds are isolated from herb extract of 70% etoh of astilbechinensis by column chromatography of toyopeal HW-40. the identificated with the chemical method and spectral means of’ H-NMR the fracture of fourtannins identi fied respectlvely as s [3-o-galloyl- (-) -epicateChin]AC-1; [(3-o-galloyl)-epicatechin- (4β-8)- (3-o-galloyl)-epicatechin]Ac-2; [1, 2. 4. 6-tetra-o-galloyl-β-D-glucose] AC-3; [methyl gallate]AC-4. These compounds hare first been foundin astilbe chinensis.
