染料敏化后ZnO超微薄膜的光电性能

【摘要】 采用直流气体放电活化反应蒸发沉积法,成功制备了ZnO超微薄膜。通过SEM、紫外吸收光谱对ZnO超微薄膜性质进行了分析。采用罗丹明-B、叶绿素铜钠盐等染料对ZnO超微薄膜进行敏化,制作了光电化学电池。对敏化剂的特性进行了研究,实验证明罗丹明-B是很好的敏化剂。获得单位面积的最大开路电压为226m V,最大短路电流为22μA。

【Abstract】 The ZnO UPF was prepared by a method called dc gas discharge activated reaction deposition.The properties of ZnO UPF have been studied by SEM and UV absorption spectra.On the basis of the ZnO UPF sensitized by rhodamine B,sodium and copper salts of chlorophyllin,etc,the photoelectrochemical solar cell has been fabricated. The properties of dyes were studied and rhodamined B was proved to be a good sensitizer. The open circuit voltage up to 226mV,and short circuit current up to 22μA have been obtained.\;
