【摘要】 介绍了软件Ａｇｅｎｔ 技术的研究背景和基本概念；分析了软件Ａｇｅｎｔ 的基本特征和当前所面临的问题；归结了目前集中于这一领域的研究内容，并对其前景作了展望。

【Abstract】 This Paper introduces the background and the basic concepts of software agent.It analyses the essential characteristics and the current problems of agent.At the end of this paper,a complete survey on the research is presented.
