【摘要】 １８８Ｒｅ标记锡硫混悬液经两步制备得到。先用１８８Ｒｅ的高铼酸盐与疏代硫酸钠溶液在明胶及酸性条件下加入氯化亚锡得到酸性的１８８Ｒｅ标记混悬液，然后调ｐＨ至中性而制得１８８Ｒｅ标记锡硫混悬液。混悬液的颗粒度主要为２—５ｕｍ，放化纯度大于９５％，体内、体外稳定性良好。动物实验表明，该混悬液对荷人脑胶质瘤裸鼠的抑瘤率达９０％。更多还原

【Abstract】 ~188Re labelled stannic sulfur suspension was prepared with two-steps: At firstacid ~188Re labelled suspension was obtained by adding stannous chloride into acidicsolution of ~188Re perrhenate and sodium thioslphate, then adjust the pH of thesolution to neutral point with NaOH and Na2HPO4 and 188Re labelled stannic sulfursuspension was formed. The particles sizes of this suspension were 2-5 U m mainly.The radiochemical purity was above 95%. The suspension was stable in vitro andvivo tests. Finally, animal experiments observed that the tumor inhibiting rate of this~188Re labelled stannic sulfur suspension was 90% in human glioma bearing nude mice.更多还原
