核径迹微孔膜在食品辐照保鲜中的应用

【摘要】 选用孔径为0．1—0．5μm的核径迹微孔膜与PE食品袋或其它形状的无毒PE容器密封结合所组成的一种实用新型渗气阻菌包装容器，应用于食品保鲜领域，特别是鲜果的辐照保鲜贮藏，克服了无氧呼吸，延长了货架寿命。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces a new practical air-seeping and germ-prevention packingContainer made with a combination of the 0.1-0.5μm borediameter nuclear trackmicrohole membrance (NTMM) and the PE food wrapper or other poisonousless PEcontainers of different shapes. It can be applied in the field of food preservation,especially for storage of fresh fruits through irradiation, to achieve breathing withoxygen, and thus to prolong the storage duration.
