低分子量有机添加剂对内环流反应器中气含率和气液传质系数的影响

【摘要】 研究了气升式内循环气液两相流反应器中某些添加剂(脂肪醇类、酯类、氨基酸类等)对传质特性的影响.实验发现氨基酸对传质几乎没有影响;正丁醇和乙酸乙酯对气液间传质有强化作用;而正己醇和乙酸丁酯仅在一定范围内增强传质,从而使体积传质系数出现了峰值.分析了体积传质系数kla和气含率εg与添加剂浓度之间的关系中三种不同现象出现的原因。

【Abstract】 The effects of some additives, such as alcohols, esters and amino acids, on mass transfer are studied in an airlift inner-loop reactor. It is observed that amino acids almost have no influence on mass transfer, while n-butanol and ethyl acetate enhance mass transfer, 1hexanol and butyl acetate give the maximum rate of mass transfer only at certain intermediate concentration. The relationship of volumetric mass transfer coefficient and gas hold-up with additive concentration is investigated. The reason for such behavior is also suggested.
