【摘要】 简述了设备管理的历史，分析了国内外设备管理的现状及发展趋势，介绍了国内外企业设备维修与更新的状况。

【Abstract】 The paper first analysed the history, the present situation and future of plant engineering. On this basis, the paper introduced the maintenance and replacement.
