【Abstract】 It is necessary for computer aided tools to share the product data when the product is developed in concurrent engineering(CE) environment. From the viewpoint of developing product, the paper analyzes the features of data requirments in CE. It is considered that the Product Data Management(PDM)is an effective tool to integrate, transfer and manage the product data.
