【摘要】 提出采用改进的边际成本法结合电力系统ＡＣ潮流，在综合考虑电网运行安全可靠性和经济性的基础上，分别对电力系统节点间和网络间功率交换费用比率进行了理论分析和模拟计算．本文所研究的问题是对功率交换问题量化的探讨，它是今后在我国电力市场运作中必然要面临的问题．本文以２００５年东北电网规划５００ｋＶ电压等级的超高压电网为计算实例，对不同运行方案的计算结果进行了分析和比较，在以省为实体的方针指导下，利用边界潮流法计算了费用成本的分配．更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describes the marginal cost method combined with AC load flow, and based on considering the security, reliability and economy of the operation of the network. It lucubrates the theory of the rates of bus to bus and area to area power exchange in the power system. The problem researched in the paper is the detailed and quantitative discussion to the power exchange. It is an important issue for the operation of the power market in the future. The paper gives the results of the practical example of the Northeastern electrical network of 500KV in 2005. The mode includes the different load level, outage of generator and hydroelectricity in different season and time. In the direction of the policy that the province is the entity, the allocation of the cost is calculated by boundary flow methods.更多还原
