土壤细菌培养基的筛选和评价

【摘要】 采用平板计数和细胞磷脂脂肪酸分析两种方法,评价了不同培养基分离筛选土壤细菌总量、G~+细菌、G~-细菌的效果,并筛选出分离土壤细菌、G~+细菌和G~-细菌相应的比较理想的培养基。

【Abstract】 t Plate counting techniques and analyses of cellular PLFA(phospholipid fat acid) were applied to evaluate the effect of different culture medium on total isolated bacteria, G+ bacteria and G-bacteria from soil. A better culture medium for isolating total bacteria, G+ bacteria and G-bacteria from soil were selected out.
