【Abstract】 As a core of provincial economy, the central cities are the dominant force which leads all provincal economic development. Since the reformation and opening of our county,the disparity between Hebei province and coastal provinces is increasingly expanding.It directly relates to the weakness of leading function of the central cities in Hebei Province.
