【Abstract】 In stroke saving, One of the most difficult problems we meet is renal failure, the rate of it in 81 cases is 14.8%. Author particularly mention that patient’s individual basic renal function is important in saving. In stroke saving we have to use Mannitol, but some doctors don’ t notice the point that Mannitol easy cause renal failure. I hope this article can give doctors some information in stroke saving.更多还原
