光学薄膜厚度修正挡板的设计
DESIGN OF CLOSURE FOR THICKNESS REVISING OF OPTICAL FILM
【摘要】 本文论述一种用于镀制光学薄膜的厚度修正挡板新的设计方法我们通过应用截流蒸气云静止挡板技术和采用平面静止挡板透视投影法来设计光学薄膜厚度修正挡板最后给出设计和实验的结果
【Abstract】 A new design method of closure for thickness revising of optical coating is described in this paper.The techniques of still closure for catching vapor stream and perspective projection method of still closure are used to design closure for thickness revising of optical film.Furthermore,the results of design and experiment are put forward at last.
