【摘要】 本文应用表面增强喇曼散射(SERS)技术对两种碱基—鸟嘌呤和胞嘧啶—进行了研究,并对其在银镜上的吸附特性做了分析在银镜上,胞嘧啶表现出很强的SERS特性,而鸟嘌呤不能得到象胞嘧啶那样明显的增强效应吸附在银镜附近的胞嘧啶可以容易地从银膜上解吸,这是两种氢健的竞争所产生的结果从已经取得的实验数据提出一种新的作用机制:胞嘧啶在银镜上的吸附是在氢键力下建立的,并且在化学上是可逆的

【Abstract】 It is proved by a thorough study,the action including their arranging order and self completion of alkaline groups that determine the complicated functions of nucleic acids (NC) in life process,though the chain structure of NC and the mechanism of NC in life process are extremely complex.Along with the rapid development of biochemistry,searching the varied kinds of life process related to NC in molecule level using modern technology has been trying.Furthermore, the inheritance mechanism and duplication and association of some viruses are verified successfully.SERS technology is used,in this paper,in studying guanine and cytosine,and their absorption properties,especial the time effect.On Ag mirror,a strong SERS enhancement is found from cytosine and little enhancement from guanine.The molecules of cytosine absorbing near to Ag mirror can be unfastened easily due to the competition between two kinds of hydrogen bond.Based on the exprimental data,a new action mechanism is raised:absorption of cytosine on Ag mirror is built up on the power of hydrogen bond ,and is reversible in chemistry.
